Ordered 2 bacon rolls asked for well for well done both came out looking like it had just ran from the farm went back into them they apologised n gave new one that’s the exact same!! Waste of money will stick with Costa least they can make a decent roll!!

Ordered through the drive through the other morning. Pleasant staff. Only thing is when I got my order and had driven away I discovered my drink was missing the syrup I had paid for. I should have checked but at the same time for a drive through, it’s meant to be convenient and I shouldn’t have to check.

I’ve ordered some paninis for delivery. Not only they arrived packed together with ice coffee but to my horror the ice coffee was not secured, which resulted in it being spilled all over the bag…

Place needs a manager !!! The tables are always full of dirty cups and plates and the milk sugar bar is full of dirty dishes too. Today I came in and stood a good few mins before one of the 6 standing came over ! They seem to want to chat away to each other more than work !! there was hot chocolate spilt on the floor beside the windows but the 6 young staff were just stood talking to each other or on there phones rather than clean it up or clear the tables. Also I dont no what they clean the seats with but you always stick to them. A manager is desperately needed in this place as it’s a nice cafe

If only the baristas hands worked as fast as their mouths. More interested in whatever topic of conversation was being had than to actually be productive. Queue was massive but footfall was slow. I ended up leaving and heading to greggs.

Went through the drive-thru around 9:00 this morning. They made me the best caramel macchiato I’ve had in a while. Kudos to the staff!
