Honestly, the best group of people to be around whilst being tortured for multiple hours. Meg (Braithwaitetattoos_) made me feel at ease from the first day I met her! She is the most easy going tattoo artist and always smashes it out of the park!

I have had multiple tattoos from Meg now and her work is incredible, she is entirely deserving of her award winning reputation!I must also add that the talent and versatility available from all of the resident artists is spectacular, there isn’t a single member of staff in the studio whole studio who isn’t capable of using needle to create something beautiful :)The studio environment itself is spotlessly clean and provides the perfect balance of professionalism with personality; at Tough Love you are made to feel totally at ease, knowing you’re in capable hands and will absolutely love your new tattoo or piercing!

Awesome place and amazing people, Wes had allowed me and my dad to be tattooed by him even after the shop closed. He is an amazing artist and easy to talk to guy. Would highly recommend.

Tattoo virgin when I first contacted the studio and was treated with the greatest respect and the consultation process was top notch. After sitting for numerous hours over a few years the finished product of all my tattoos are amazing. The team at Tough Love are like a family and really make you feel at home throughout everything. The after care is on point and Couldn't rate you all higher. Thank you for the amazing art and conversation.

the staff are all lovely & welcoming, throughout the tattoo i was offered beverages & snacks. which just rounded off the amazing design & tattoo.the studio is very inclusive, and there’s plenty of trinkets, art & magazines to keep yourself entertained. and they have very reasonably priced merchandise :)The booking times are 100% worth the wait!& i will definitely be using this studio for future, thank you <33

This is a nice clean ,spacious and well laid out studio with a waiting area.Good communication all round, lots of calls ,reminders etc and you can get a decent brew as well (if you beg nicely)Good after care and advice given.Really impressed by the professionalism all round by the team Bryony ,Karen ,Meg and Wes (alphabetical order so don't cry Wes you big diva)Oh yea and I had some great tattoos done by Wes thank you my friend .Great consultations and feedback prior to my 4 awesome tattoos (think I'll be ready for my first skull tattoo next time matey,any ideas?)The swelling on my wallet went down straight away but my hand took a bit longer.Highly recommended team of artists at work here

I’ve had several tattoos done here by Meg. The portrait tattoo of my dog Stanley is amazing. Karen is also amazing with her piercings, she has done my conch, helix and my partners nose. The shop is clean, the staff are friendly. Five Stars from me
