I recently visited the Vivienne Westwood Cardiff store to purchase a handbag. I was welcomed by Ben and he made the whole shopping experience so enjoyable.Ben's excellent advice helped me ensure the purchase was right for me. Thank you Ben.Ben was amazing, he was friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble.I was made to feel so welcome by Ben and all the staff, and after a couple of hours left the store very happy with my purchases.I am looking forward to visiting the Cardiff store again soon.

We visited the store during the week and I can honestly say that we have never had better customer service than we did with Ben. He is an absolute gem. He really made my daughter feel so very special in his advice and care. She will definately be back very soon to make her special 1st purchase.

Despite reading the negative reviews posted, I cannot the criticise the experiences I’ve had at the Vivienne Westwood store in Cardiff. I have visited several times over the last few months and can honestly say the service from the staff was nothing short of amazing. There have been a few times where I’ve been looking for a particular item in store and they haven’t got it, however the staff made a real effort to contact me as soon as the desired products came back to the store - which is really appreciated! All my experiences have been extremely personable, very friendly, inclusive, professional and I can’t thank the staff for always going above and beyond!

A visit to Vivienne Westwood Cardiff.On entering the store I was greeted by Ben who was extremely helpful also was able to tell me regarding the window display.I was able to view items at my leisure. Staff member Wendy and her colleague were available when I had questions to asked on items.The store is bright, clear and well stocked up. when leaving Jee and colleagues thanked me before leaving the store.The staff are extremely helpful, polite and take great pride in their job.I recommend Vivienne Westwood, Cardiff.

I am a loyal Vivienne Westwood customer and have been to many Vivienne Westwood stores around the world and have had the best customer service. Skip this shop in Cardiff, shop online instead. Overall the staff in Cardiff are rude and just give off very strange vibes. I’ve been in a dozen times and have only had two positive experiences with a mature member of staff who I cannot fault. However the rest of the times when she has not been there I’ve left borderline insulted.
