I give only 2 stars because we didn't got the receipt from the machine and the staff was saying we didn't pay and I showed from my bank account and even then they didn't believe us..

Very poor customer service given by a white, European, female with a bump - do not know her name.Asked for butter on 2 separate visits - on the first said that the muffin with jam already has butter inside. On the 2nd visit again refused to give me the Lurpak slightly salted butter, rather took my muffin, opened it up and squeezed butter from a yellow bottle in the cooking station. The butters have different consistency in terms of spread and taste.I have spent more than £20 over 3 days and you display irrationality, disrespect and stinginess of the highest order. When you go to other Mcdonalds you don't need to ask, they just give you the butter. On a separate occasion her colleague Mounika and Jada gave me butter without me asking.

What can I say… it is a drive-thru McDonalds with good service. I could however complain about the terrible layout of the car park and drive thru that leads to cars backing on to the main road but I won’t.

Quick service and food was hot. Generally clean and tidy, members of staff polite. Men's toilets smelling and car park small. There is only one Instavolt charger on site, too.

The food was fine- the rudeness of the two woman at the last window- where they pass your food was disgusting- their attitudes were awful and really unneeded. Customer service was second to none and they had no idea how upset their sighs, eyerolls and bitterness towards me for a request of dips (my usual order) made me feel this evening. At 8:30pm.

As always, mc Donald's are an efficient chain. Same taste and feel irrespective the venue you visit. I gave little less star for service as having tried all 3 types (dine in/drive through/click and drive), click and drive is the slowest experience. So best to queue in drive through

There was this Chubby young lady (No Offence) She was Very Rude an proper lack of Customer service, Mentioned it to the manager as in I Spend £1500-£2000 Annually on Frappes,Food & drinks. An she had the Audacity say NO to extra sprinkles on the strawberry & cream Frappe (since there were hardly any to begin with) Good on the manager as he gladly put some on for me..

This is a good pit stop for on the way into London or the way out. Conveniently located and easy to access. Service good too. Order on app before hand and then give code to drive thru worker. Or order on app and go to drive and collect space and a worker will bring out your order to your car.

A good, reliable McDonalds branch.The ice cream machine has rarely failed me here.Not much more to say... free parking, has a drive-through, has multiple self-service ordering machines.Located just off the roundabout towards Twickenham.
