I have worked with Alless and her team for over two years now, producing my collections and bespoke pieces. The service is incredible! I have never been told something is not possible, if something is wrong, they always find a way to fix it for me. I can always count on them to produce pieces to very tight deadlines to the highest quality. Alless is always easy to contact and keeps me updated at all times making me feel confident and sure that everything is being taken care of.I would recommend them 1000% they are suitable for established brands as well as students/new designers! <3

Im so sad to see the seller's response that this review is a spam and I invite Google to check all my evidence supporting this company not being trustworthy and to show I am trying to protect other customers who might have been fooled like me). I had the worst experienece with Alesir and her company. Not only is she rude and unprofessional, she stitched all my designs including my corset tshirt very badly, on purpose, and then over charged me (an extortionate amount) and held all my very expensive materials and trimmings in her possession hostage (threatening to destroy me if I didn't pay). So I had to pay to release but she kept my patterns and cut fabrics for my x2 shirts. (Paying to release my fabrics she said she would write a receipt stating the real reason for my payment- to release the fabrics in her possession, only for her to lie on the receipt that I made the payment for a top). She agreed in writing not to copy any of my work but if she does I am writing on here what I designed as proof because she was so keen to keep my patterns and did not look like she would discard of them and was aggressively insistent on keeping my cut fabric that she cut out of the patterns she made for my shirt designs - one of the shirt designs she copied directly from a pattern that I supplied to her and then she claimed it was her pattern). So here is what I designed: I designed a white corset tshirt with 1234 eyelets at the back, a 3 layered skirt joined by slim beaded trimmings and x2 double collared asymmetric shirts (one gold-silver silk shirt, one blue cotton shirt) with different coloured button holes and a very cool 1234 button arrangement on front buttons and on back loop buttons and a breast pocket with a hole/gap inside. So I am writing here a clear description of my designs she kept my patterns of and stole the cut fabrics of in case she illegally uses it. Also her tailoring skills are very poor her and her staff didn't know how to use 4mm eyelets without washer and didn't know how to apply boning onto fabric or attach an aglet onto a shoe lace and charged me while trying to figure it out, which they couldn't even work out after all that wasted time and my wasted materials. I've been getting legal advice in case this company (or any other design company associated with Alesir) copy or use my designs in full or in part (if she makes changes to my original design and then claims it as hers - as Alesir also has her own fashion line/s). As I am the original creator, I will still know it is my designs if she copies me in full or in part and I will still seek legal action against her. Another thing to mention: with 2 other designs she made for me, she posted pictures of them on her social media before she delivered my garments to me, without my permission. Making sure her poor tailoring (eg poorly fitted zips that would bulk out of 2 skirts as you walk, poorly fitted waist band) didn't show in the picture. Please be wary of this company. I later got to meet other customers she did poor work for and I urge them and anyone who has also had bad experiences with this company to please share it in a review to help other hard working designers out there not to fall for her trap.

Alless and her team are responsive and proactive at every contact point. They are professional and efficient, good at listening to what you want while also providing their own skilled input and it is easy to communicate with Alless; even when not being based in London. London Sewing Services has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Thanks!

London Sewing Services have been a great help to me with my first collection. The quality of their work is very high and I look forward to having a continuing working relationship with them. P.s. Their communication and assistance has been exceptional.

I am very fortunate to have found the LSS team and Alless. For someone who has no experience or background in fashion, she has been able to help me develop my ideas and basic sketches into samples which will shortly be going into production as I heard.
