They have good reliable cars and have newer model versions too, so it is joy to drive. Simon, who is one of the associates, was very helpful in setting things up. The center location is also ideal as its near Bletchley station and has good connectivity with transport services.

Service was good, cars were not the best. High mileage brake pads gone car shaking it just wasnt it for the price i paid. Needed another car for a while so i thought id get premium but they require a credit card for certain cars? Was spending good money with them until that happened. Going somewhere else.

Completely unresponsive to calls and emails when arranging booking and useless in the branch - went elsewhere and had everything sorted in less than 15 minutes. Cheaper and a nicer car too.

Fantastic customer service from Sam and Nickha!Had broken down in the middle of nowhere. My breakdown cover arranged a rental from Enterprise.However, I could not get a taxi to Enterprise.Called Enterprise and a lovely chap called Sam answered. After explaining my predicament, he offered to come down and pick me up.After arriving, Sam gave me a choice of cars and explained the process clearly - I got the car I wanted as was back on road swiftly so I could get back to work.
