It's was the first time I visited eat well tonight due to there reviews and I'm telling you those reviews are false the only decent part of my visit was the polite girl taking my order of sweet and sour chicken balls which I had 2 crispy and 6 soggy and egg fried rice that was tasteless and burnt in places I have had better egg fried rice from aldi out of a microwave pouch

I have lived in Swindon many years and have never found a good Chinese until now excellent food excellent to order over the phone and excellent delivery good prices delicious food thanks so much

Delicious food and really nice staff, they forgot our pancakes for the duck and we decided to not say anything, a little later a member of staff came back to give us pancakes and fortune cookies

Totally understand people can get things wrong.... but when you don't get your whole order and get told you can have it free next time" just isn't good enough!!"

Nice food just a shame they NEVER put enough sweet & sour sauce in the container , mentioned this to them several times yet every time hardly any sauce , enough is enough I will be going else where in the future. Pass this restaurant by waste of money there are better ones in Swindon

So impressed with Eatwell. We have ordered from them many times and love it. Speedy delivery. Food tastes so nice and good portions. Our favourites are the Eatwell special fried rice, curry sauce and smoked shredded chicken. Friendly staff, always happy with service.

Pot of sauce given with the order had about half a teaspoon of sauce in it. Not sure which dish the sauce is to go with. Food is ok quality.The Singapore Beef Vermicelli had a lot of vegetables in it, more than the beef and a lot of carrots (likely more carrots than beef) and also some onions and green peppers. Enough carrots/veg to change the taste of the dish from what its meant to be.The cashier addressed me by some other person's name when I arrived to collect the order, without me saying anything yet. I said no that's not me. She then proceeded to read out the order slip in her hand which was actually my order but did not bother clarifying my name - so not very welcoming, just doing the business. She must have my name saved wrong from a previous order against my phone number. She did not ask my name on the phone call when I made the order, as far as I remember.Also, when I called to order, she asked me to hold as soon as she picked the phone up and I had a long wait listening to her taking the instore customer's order first in the background.Not a welcoming customer experience and food is kind of ok.
