Don't ever rent from them. They broke the terms of their own contract and stopped replying to emails and calls when we asked for our deposit back which they had previously agreed to giving. Absolutely horrific experience with them.

We are a tenant with another Citibase however we use Millbank regularly. I can not describe how helpful Katie and Shannon are. Every time we need to be at Millbank we are welcomed by these two incredible women. It is an amazing atmosphere to work in and really does make you happy.

A special note for the excellent service provided by Katie and Shannon of citibase Millbank. They are always friendly, professional and helpful, even with their limited resources. They are a welcoming presence at reception and bring a smile to my face every time I see them. If I could give them six stars I would, so I'll take a sweet they kindly provide at reception instead. Thank you Ladies!!!

Katie and Shanan provide excellant service to Highways England. They are alway happy to see you with a warm and welcoming greating, even on the cold and wet days.They make a real effort to help whenever assistance is required and anyone from HE.

I'm probably the oldest (not in age!) tenant of citibase Westminster and the current team are by far the best. Both Katie and Shanon work tirelessly and nothing is too much trouble. They make it a pleasant and enjoyable environment to work in. Thumbs up.

I love coming into Citibase Millbank everyday and seeing the friendly reception staff, Shannon and Katie. They are always happy and smiling and nothing is too much for them to do for you! Wish I could give 6*!

I work in the citibase Milbank building, the staff here are amazing Sonja,Agata,James and Sarah are very helpful and friendly. All of them are always ready to help when needed and they are genuinely nice people to work with. Good Team! Keep up the good work guys!!!

Shannon and Katie have provided an excellent service and are always eager to help us with or business needs. Extra star is for heating provided to us by Katie!! Great Service.
