They are the worst! Their attitude stinks! Especially the woman that does eyebrows, she messes them up. Will never be going back there, an absolute disgusting place with horrible staff!

First time at the salon. I felt very welcomed and the stylist took the time to understand what I wanted and made some good suggestions too. I got a short haircut which I am very pleased with, so will definitely book again. Good value for money.

I came in for eyebrow threading and the lady was very nice , I should of got her name . From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out , the customer service was a 10/10. Will deffo be coming again

I went to Sheenz to take my children to get a haircut. My oldest had gotten a trim and the after look was clean and tidy. The lady who had done my child's hair was attentive and asked how would I like it done for her and after every snippet she would show me and ask me if it was correct. The woman who had done my youngest daughter's hair completely messed up her hair and it was uneven. I had asked for a straight cut for her, to just neaten her split end but she didn't do that and ruined it. She feathered the edges and did her own thing and did not do what I asked. Another thing I would like to add is that the employees are careless and aren't quick to get up when a customer would enter the salon. When I was there, a customer had entered and asked for her eyebrows to be plucked and the worker looked at her like the customer had asked her to pick up a lorry. She didn't appreciate that she had to get up to walk just a few feet to twease a paying customer's eyebrows. As for the haircut, I don't know why I paid £20 for a trim when I could've done a better job than the professional" hairdresser"

The staff were lovely, so friendly and made me feel very comfortable.The pedicure was absolutely amazing, she really took her time and a lot of care too. I would definitely recommend this place, I will be revisiting soon!Thank you Sheenz for making my experience very pleasant :)

I had a haircut and blow-dry from Sheenz. I had it done by Nuzhat, an extremely efficient and warm lady. I had messed up my hair trying to do the trimming myself at home. She not only fixed my hair also styled it so professionally. Very much recommend this place
