Meadway Coaches.
I am a 16 year old who currently gets on one of meadway coaches buses and in just the last two weeks I have been appalled with their service. This has been happening for over four years and I am disgusted by the amount of times my bus has been late. Sometimes my bus is over half an hour late which has led to me having to cancel events. When I call meadway I am met with a rude response saying that I have to just deal with it or it is apparently not late when it is over very late

Brilliant service. Polite, professional and prompt to arrive. Our school booking to the theatre meant a noisy trip there and back but the drivers- James and Griff- were excellent. Thank you very much. Mrs. Harley TGAS

Drivers would prefer to make other cars off road than go the proper route or stop safely to let cars pass. Dirty, older man, smoking in his bus too. Disgusting.

Booked Meadway coaches for Cheltenham, drivers were really nice and ensured everyone was present before leaving.I also left my wallet on the bus and the driver kindly handed it in but unfortunately the following morning I had to head back home to Scotland. Once I got in contact, the company kindly posted my wallet at there own expense. Would highly recommend this company and I will for sure be booking again next year.Thanks again.

Excellent customer service, top quality coach arrived well on time, driver, Norman, was terrific and dealt with elderly passengers in an efficient and friendly manner, made the day very pleasant and arrived back right on time. Best price quoted to top it off. Thank you Chris and Meadway Coaches.

Amazing service we went blackpool today was a last min booking. Staff were helpfull and booked us in. Driver was umar was very helpfull and friendly around our children. This was a family trip and was lovely. Thank you meadway for your service. Toilet was alittle unclean but we cleaned it and got on with our trip.

Meadway Coaches.
We used Meadway Coaches for our school sports tour to Cardiff. Jon, our driver, stayed with us throughout our 3 day trip and was flexible, accomodating and just great company (Regular chants of Jon! Jon! Jon!" would break out from the children throughout our trip). The coach was very comfortable
