A good business run by good people. They're very responsive to email and calls and make sure you and your needs are in good hands. I went in for a backup of two of my PCs and they did a great job. Would definitely recommend.EDIT/UPDATE: I recently got my laptop repaired and the service was very quick and professional. It's running like new again. They offer free diagnostics, which was very helpful as I thought the problem was with something else, so it saved me time and money to get their professional opinion on it.I've returned to PC & MAC World several times over for years now and they've never done me wrong. Highly recommend.

I had two bad experiences with so called professionals that claim to be able to fix your broken Mac or MAcbook Air with no happy results. It is the first time that I have somebody that said: I can fix it and here is the estimate". And yes they delivered on all fronts and my 10 years old Mac is now working again like on the first day with all its files saved. Should I be cautious....maybe but as at today I will strongly recommend PC and MAC World LTD. The shop may not look exquisite but the staff is friendly

Absolutely brilliant service! Shak really saved the day for me as my hard drive suddenly crashed and thought I'd lost everything. Shak and his son managed to recover all my files and put a new hard drive in. Although it cost me, it was worth every penny. I cannot recommend this small family business enough. I will definitely be using them again if i have anymore IT issues. Thanks for doing a great job!

I have big and heavy 2008 Mac Pro ,that I still use as my main working computer, for video editing and all sorts of creative work. It broke down and in an other shop they said it was I fixable.Pc & Mac World have resuscitated the machine. They’ve managed to fix it!!!The price was very good, taking into account that it was a very difficult job, that took them a long time, and that they had to search for and buy spare parts.Thank you so much for the great job!!I recommend these guys 100%, they are totally reliable.

I rocked up with my ancient Dell laptop once again, no idea as to why it would not turn on. Having previously brought the same laptop for a screen repair I trusted that PC & MAC WORLD would give me the best chance of using this laptop once more - and I was completely right. They were truthful from the outset and made no promises - but despite this still managed to allow me to write this review from the very laptop. They are loyal, extremely punctual, and kind & knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend getting your laptop fixed here!
