I can’t thank these guys enough for the excellent repair work carried out in my old jewellery. Approaching my 60th, my partner wanted to buy me something special, but I said I’d rather repair, than replace some of my existing pieces. I’m so happy with the quality and restoration of some very cherished necklaces, watches and bracelets. Thanks a million!!! The money saved can now be spent on a nice birthday meal outing.

We were given a very warm welcome on our visit by 2 members of staff who were so helpful and kind. We had gone there to purchase a Ruby ring for our 40 th wedding anniversary. We purchased a beautiful ring , it needed to be re sized which they did and it was delivered very quickly. A wonderful shop and team and we are truly thankful for all their kindness and help.

Donna's shop was probably the most welcoming stored I've been in with some one always being there to help you and i had a piercing done here and it was the most painless one i have had and she made me feel very comfortable and she told me in depth all of the workings and the healing process ,which is very easy as she gave me a cleaning solution to help it heal . overall , this is an amazing,welcoming shop with a lovely bunch of people who work very hard . xx

I made a purchase from Donna Laine Fine Jewellery, and I couldn't be more disappointed with the quality of the product I received. I had high expectations for a diamond tennis bracelet from a well-known jeweler like Donna Laine Jewellery, but what I received fell far short of those expectations.I purchased the bracelet as a gift to myself for my birthday. I chose these Jewellers because of their reputation for offering high-quality jewellery. Sadly, the bracelet I received did not live up to that reputation in any way. The bracelet tarnished after a short period of wear, and one of the diamonds actually fell out! I was astonished to discover that I was invoiced £70.00 to fix these issues. This is absolutely unacceptable given that I initially paid £100 for the bracelet. I've purchased jewellery for as little as £20 that has lasted longer than this so-called fine" bracelet from Donna Laine Fine Jewellers."

I stumbled upon this wonderful store while roaming Winchester City Centre and happened to look in the window. Seeing the gorgeous new to incredible antique pieces in the window, and as I needed a few watch batteries done I to pop in. And the best part - the lovely ladies I met who helped me. They were just so very nice and ready to help. I asked over the watch batteries which they did do, and over some gemstones and hardstones I owned but couldn't recall the types. When I went back with the watches and the pieces they were extremely helpful in answering my questions. And as I had a large necklace with a clasp I wasn't happy with, they helped me there too. I can't say enough about the incredible selection and the wonderful employees. I will definitely be back!
