This was my first time using CCR. My Nintendo Switch wasn't charging so I took it to Karl to explore the problem and whether it could be fixed. Karl kept me in the loop throughout the diagnostic process and was upfront about what the prices would be for certain repairs. Turned out the issue was with the APC. Absolutely thrilled! Karl takes pride in his work and the service was 2nd to none. After less than 14 hours (overnight) from first communication I had dropped of a PS5 console for a HDMI port replacement. Within 1 1/2 hours he had messaged to say the job was complete. Having got it back home, my son says that it is even better than before. The part is guaranteed for 3 months, and payment is easy to make. Well worth it and don't be nervous that you're not visiting a shop. This is where Karl can make a difference, he has a personal passion for doing these repairs and can save you money and time. Definitely my first port of call should I ever need his services again

Amazing service. I had damaged my device, and Karl had even researched and got 3d printed model to house my device as it was repaired to avoid damge. Device was fixed in hours for great price. 100% recommend

Got in touch with Karl on Wednesday, dropped my controller off on Thursday evening and it was fixed and ready to collect by Friday morning and all for a really great price. Karl communicated well and kept me up to date and his pricing was completely transparent throughout.
