Such a supportive, inspiring, fun group of ladies! OP is a great way to get and stay fit, healthy and happy... actually makes exercise fun again. It isn't just the sessions that I love, it is the whole concept of ladies supporting eachother on their journeys to good health and happiness, plus the social opportunities too!

Before joining Overpower i lacked enthusiasm to exercise, i have tried many different classes in the past which i have not enjoyed and not then continued after a short period of time. Since joining Overpower my mindset has changed and i love every session and look forward to training days. The trainers are all very supportive and have a variety of exercises for all levels and everyone is included.All of the of the wonderful ladies are one large fitfam"

I have been part of the Fitness Hub/Overpower for almost 5 years now and it is never stopped being such a wonderful and supportive group of people with everyone helping each other along their fitness journeys.Taking part in sessions every week has become a way of life, the fun, the laughs, the brilliant trainers and hard work but it’s all worth it.There are so many session times to now choose from so it makes it easier to fit sessions into a busy life whatever is going on.

I've been a member of The Fitness Hub/Over Power for nearly two years now and it is the best thing I have ever done. There a great choice of class times and both women only and mixed classes. This is so much more than a circuits class though. It is a fantastic community of people who empower each other and celebrate each others victories. All the trainers are fantastic and knowledgeable and drive you to your fullest potential. I can't recommend the Fitness Hub enough.

Over Power is a place where women from all backgrounds of all ages meet together to smash their fitness and health goals. Every session is different, fun & brilliantly tailored for any level of fitness. I joined to find a better head space where I could for something for me, and I have definitely found it. The instructors are all very motivational with a wonderful sense of humour, after a solid six months of training I still look forward to every session!

The only place I have ever felt comfortable exercising! A great friendly bunch of people who encourage you, support you and make you laugh at every session. It's fun and engaging. With some silliness thrown in for good measure. I have been going for over a year now and have not regretted one session. Movement is medicine!
