The car had just been put through a new mot and any advisories were rectified.The car also came with a full service, warrantee and full valet.The service i received was second to non. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS OUTFIT BEFORE PARTING WITH YOUR MONEYI was interested in purchasing a Ford focus estate advertised on ebay so phoned them on Saturday and was told by Paul it was at the mot station having failed on emissions I explained that I was desperately in need of a reliable vehicle as mine was not going to pass it's mot he said he would hold the car for me so I gave them a deposit on the proviso that if it was not as described or I was not happy with it in any way he being an honest bloke my deposit would be returned so I checked on car checker on the Monday to see if it had passed and discovered it had taken three attempts to get it through the mot failing on emissions Stability control faut excessive blue smoke on acceleration plus an list of advisories and when I phoned him to express my concerns he also said the car wasn't ready as it had a miss fire at this point I said this car was a real worry to which he got really nasty and said give me your bank details and I'll give you you deposit back to which I did I have sent some polite emails to the woman in the office who isn't very pleasant to deal with and has told me that I had just changed my mind so the deposit was spent on getting the car through the mot and re advertising it and legally I was not entitled to it being returned to me so READ THE COMPANY REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY and use a car checker to see exactly what your purchasing from this lot because this Honest Friendly Family Business isn't all it seems

We brought a Vauxhall insignia a couple of weeks ago. They were so helpful. They delivered it to our. Unfortunately there was a problem with the car but no fault of theirs . I got in contact with them and explained what was happening. I toke the car up to them and they sorted. They have been amazing so helpful and I couldn’t thank them enough. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much Clare and Paul you guys have been amazing.
