Honestly the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced in my life. Staff are so rude and find anything to make a comment on. Will not be going back.

Cannot believe the disgusting customer service I’ve just experienced. Went to walk into the shop to book a course and I tried to open the door and the woman through the glass shouted at me aggressively that she has to open it. She then proceeded to open the door whilst giving my a filthy look. And I went to say ‘hi please can I book a course’ but before I could even finish my sentence she raised her voice over me and shouted at me about the door. I was so shocked at how she spoke to me for such a little inconvenience and disgusted in her customer service. I then turned around and said I won’t be booking a course due to her behaviour in a calm manner and she proceeded to shout at me ‘I don’t care go’. As someone who still works in retail and has for years I’m appalled at how she treated me.

** Disgusting Attitude **- Would definitely not recommend if you wish to be treated like a dog!- Needs attitude and behaviour training!

I am a regular customer who visits weekly for sunbed sessions either 6 or 9 minutes. I have always found Golden Shells to be very professionally managed by the owner. The sunbeds are of a high quality with a choice of stand up or lay down. Courses can be purchased or payment either per session. The sunbeds are maintained to a high quality and you have a choice of 3, 6, 9 or or 12 minutes. Each sunbed cubicle is private and enclosed.Cleaniness is of the highest. standard. I can definitely recommend Golden Shells as a 5 stars.

I love this place!! Michelle is always so friendly and welcoming and will go above and beyond every single time. Her daughters are also lovely, the customer service here is unmatched.The shop is immaculate and the sunbeds are of super high quality. I always leave here feeling much better than I did walking in. Will always recommend.
