Marks @ The Manor Luxury Riverside Apartments

I meant to rate this ages ago! We were here for 5 days during part of our honeymoon back in October of 2022. Both Richard and the accommodation deserves every single star available. It was impeccably clean, great location in Aberdeen and Richard was responsive and wonderful to work with. The whole flat is luxuriously decked out, from the furniture to the kitchen gadgets and bedding. Whenever we make it back around to this area, we already know who we'll be reaching out to for our stay. You'll have a beautiful time in this lovely flat! Do yourself a favor and book it x

Stayed here for 5 nights and I wished i could stay longer here! the apartment is beautifully decorated and it has everything we need from coffee machine to Alexa :) the bed was very comfortable and nice river side walk just in front of the apt, it was a lovely stay and Richard was very helpful about everything, highly recommended!

A stay at Marks @ The Manor is like borrowing the flat of a friend while they're out of town - and a very, very stylish friend at that!The apartment is stunning, with real 'wow factor', and has everything you could wish for (and more) for a comfortable stay. Richard is a lovely host who provides a warm welcome and is on hand to help throughout your stay. It is also a beautiful building in a great location for exploring the city or surrounding area.We regularly visit family in Aberdeen, and we've decided Marks @ The Manor is now our new home-from-home! Can't wait to return, and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful, well appointed, immaculate apartment, perfect for a weekend getaway. The apartment has loads of tech., with Alexa available at a command for music in every room, to put in and adjust the lighting and to send Spencer the hoover around. The apartment was beautifully clean too and the bed the comfiest I have slept in in any vacation. Although Richard could not be on hand to greet us he was very attentive in contact to ensure check in went smoothly and we had everything we needed. Close to the city centre by car or foot and fabulous to have a walk by the river morning and evening. Asda only a quick stroll to get the breakfast croissants too. Would highly recommend, absolutely no negative comments whatsoever. Would love to return whenever we return to Aberdeen.

Stayed for 8 nights. Unique, sophisticated apartment decorated way beyond normal standards in a gold and beige/taupe theme. Everthing was co-ordinated. Good music system and Alexa (voice activation system that activated everything from lights to Alexa - tell me a joke"!) was a real experience. Very well stocked with cooking utensils and living needs. Everthing comes from Marks & Spencers and is good quality. Any queries were answered promptly. Easy access to the property with parking at your front door. We cooked our own meals so having a well stocked kitchen made life easy. Located next to the river so lots of green around.Would definitely stay there again on our next golfing adventure."

If you are looking for total luxury then these apartments are for you. We had booked to stay 2 nights but ended up staying an extra night because we did not want to leave. Richard is a fantastic host and is very friendly and helpful before and during your stay. He has put so much thought into making these apartments so luxurious and it is a “techies heaven” with all the smart gadgets and technology throughout. Especially loved the Alexa controlled mood lighting and music in every room and loved meeting Spencer every morning at 11am when he came and cleaned the floors. The bed was the comfiest bed I’ve slept in away from home. The apartment is well equipped with crockery and utensils to cater for your dining needs.We were celebrating a special anniversary and Richard had our requested champagne on ice and our favourite music playing in the background on our arrival.We had our dog with us and the apartment is in a great location for plentiful dog walks with the riverside walk straight across the road and Duthie Park less than 10 minutes walk away.We left here feeling totally chilled, relaxed and refreshed and can’t wait to return to Marks @ The Manor and are already booking our next stay.

We stayed in this apartment when going to Visit our granddaughter after lockdown. It is nothing short of perfect. We've stayed in many 5 star hotels over the years, but I can honestly say, that this apartment has been one of the very best places we've ever booked. It is spotless. Richard has thought of absolutely everything to make your stay comfortable. We loved the gadgetry and the furnishings. It's all those little extra touches that make it so special. And a very comfy bed as well! Richard is so helpful, and will ensure that you've everything you could even imagine that you'll need. We stayed in May, and I rebooked for September when we'd just checked out. Well done on providing a true home from home.

I accompanied my husband on a work trip to Aberdeen as it allowed me to spend some time with my daughter who is currently studying at Aberdeen University.I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this apartment as did my husband and daughter who was able to stay a couple of nights as there was a sofa bed and we all had a lovely time just spending time together in this fantastic apartment by the river.The coffee machine was much appreciated and Spencer (robot vacuum cleaner) added some fun factor .Richard , the host, was available on WhatsApp 24/7 for any queries which were dealt with immediately.I look forward to the opportunity to return and would highly recommend staying here.

Stayed at Mark's @ The Manor, Riverside Manor for three nights and what an amazing time we had! Richard was an excellent and attentive host throughout our stay and talked us through all the gadgetry and the use of all the appliances to ensure we got the maximum benefit out of all of them. Alexa was the most fascinating of all and we were amazed that a robot could be so attentive to your requests. The rooms decor was of such a high standard I can honestly say this is probably the best self-catering holiday accomodation I have been to having been to several countries on time shares and privately owned apartments. Thank you Richard! We will be back!

We have stayed twice at the very well appointed Marks at the Manor and both times have been exceptional. The apartment has a luxury feel to it and is equipped with everything you need for an extremely comfortable stay and more! Communication with the host is very easy and he is always checking to make sure everything is ok, and is readily available for recommendations. The location is excellent for walks along the riverside and for easy access to the city centre. We very much look forward to staying again on our next visit to Aberdeen.
