I've been a tenant with Reeds Rains for 2 years and it was a very smooth and pleasant experience. Their staff are always available to assist and provide the necessary support regardless. The director is a very welcoming individual who has been constantly handling any issues swiftly and professionally. All in all, they were always striving to do whatever they can to ensure my tenancy experience was spot on. I can definitely say they are at the top of the letting agencies chain. We have rented a house via Reeds Rains agency. They are very responsive and professional. We have rented an amazing 2 bedroom apartment with beautiful furniture in an adequate per month rent. They are always happy to help.Though the service for repairs is bit slow ( may be due to pandemic) but reeds rains is making sure to keep us informed and get it expedited.

My sister and I were desperate for a house. Literally that day we walked into the agency office and explained our plight. Raj was extremely helpful and showed us one house online. After viewing the online video (YouTube) he said everything you see in that video is the house. We took the leap of faith and submitted an application. Due to his exceptional services he sped the application process and within a week we moved into the house. It was exactly as shown in the video. What a truthful and committed person you’re Raj, well done!
