Very expensive nails, not worth £52. Design was cute but shape wasnt great.Definitely won't go again.Nail polish full of bubbles, very noticeable. Got gel polish and acrylic all over my hand, took ages to get it off after I left.

Had a Basic pedicure which was extremely expensive. £45 while I usually pay £25 at other places. No surprise they don't show their prices in store. Will never go back, I do not recommend.

Reasonably good job at nails that I got in the past. However taking appointments in advance in this shop is totally useless. Today I had an appointment that I took 3 weeks in advance, and when I arrived the lady told me that they were late because they took other customers in the meantime. She insisted that I could come later, but I couldn't - which is why I took an appointment in the first place. I was treated very unprofessionally, the lady insisted for me to come later, probing into my own schedule for the day. I felt really frustrated and embarrassed, I'll never go back to this place again.

Go to Alluring Nails & Tanning every few weeks for manicures. They do a terrific job. Gel color from them just lasts longer than anywhere else because they do a careful job. I've never had to wait more than about 20 minutes for a chair, and I normally just walk in without a booking. Always clean and orderly, friendly service, no complaints!

This place is the most unfriendly salon in Cambridge. I used to come here years ago but found they did not keep to the appointment. Decided to give them another try because my own salon could not fit me in at short notice. I made an appointment with this salon and they kept me waiting for an hour. I did complain and Helen said it was because some of the clients turned up late and so had a knock on effect. I thought that was a reasonable explanation and would give them another try. Today i phoned up and asked if they could fit me in. Helen's husband said to be there at 1.pm. i was there at 12.50pm. Hardly any body spoke to me and after an hour of waiting i just walked out. They do not honour appointments at all and you can feel an atmosphere. This is the last time i shall ever go in that place. Only went back because it was more convenient for me but never again. They really do need a lesson in customer care and not just for their nails. Fed up to the back teeth with them

The quality of gel manicure is poor. It’s rushed. Gel doesn’t last longer than 24-48 hours. Don’t bother to book an appointment, it’s not gonna be honoured. You’ll still have to wait. I usually go to a different salon because they provide very high quality manicure and pedicure. I went to this salon out of desperation as my usual salon is fully booked. Lesson learned: never ever go to any salon apart from the one i’m used to as most of the Cambridge salon like this is highly disappointing. Waste of money.

Amazing nails today! Called on the day and they were able to book me in which was amazing. Really professional. Full extensions with nail art 1.5 hours which is less time than I have been in other places and a perfect job.
