Hannah at the Chatham branch is 10/10. always pays attention to detail, and is accommodating to my wants ; at the same time is quick and delicate. Very rare for a braider to have all traits :)

I had such a great experience. Oyinn took her time with my hair, her hands were tender but had a good grip of the twists. She communicated with me through out the appointment to ensure I was happy with the style. Worth every penny!

Good service and Very welcoming.Went in first to check, if they could do my hair due to having a very short cut and it has now grown out. Hannah took a look and advised me on the size and how long it would take.Booked with Hannah the following week and she was so nice and welcoming.I am happy with the braids.

I got my hair done by Nifemi at the Chatham branch on 10/07/23.I was greeted by Tolu who was very friendly and warm.As Nifemi did my hair, she was attentive and made sure that I was comfortable throughout. Her plaits were super neat and she was able to grip my hair well. So happy with it!There was an admin error around my final fee but Temi was so helpful and sorted that out for me and issued a refund to ensure I was charged correctly. I really appreciate that the business showed integrity and grace when handling the matter. I found my experience with Oyinns Touch to be a pleasant one and hope to be a consistent client! Thanks a lot to the team x
