Tiny Stars Day Nursery Ltd

My child came from another school mid term as he wasn’t enjoying it, everyday was a struggle to get him to go, since joining Tiny stars he has found like duck to water, absolutely loves it! A huge THANK YOU goes to ‘sabz’ for that as she has been phenomenal with him and he has improved massively whilst being here.Reading the bad reviews, I’d like to say don’t knock it till you have tried it, it may be case of individuals experiences with certain staff members, but as far as I’ve dealt with ‘Sabz’ I could not fault her. Thank you once again. ⭐️

My daughter has been in this nursery for 6/7 months now. The attitude of some staff is appalling, especially Nazmeens. She is rude and has no people skills. They're not very good at taking feedback, and I don't think they've ever heard of apologising. One of the recent issues I have had with them is cleaning my daughters face!!! I always find it dirty when I pick her up, I've been subtle about it when telling them to clean her face, I've even given her tissues but NO! I want to remove her from this nursery however I don't feel this is fair on my daughter as she seems to enjoy it there.

Great nursery my little girl had one to one here with tayibah she's a credit to the nursery she had a great bond with my little girl helped her in many ways. Also Thank you to all the staff that helped along the way.

Absolutely awful nursery. I can’t even put into words how disgusting the room leaders attitude is, Mo or whatever she is called. I am so glad my child has left this nursery. For the parents that are wanting to send your children there, please don’t be fooled by what they portray. It is more of a play centre than an actual learning environment. My child now goes to a new nursery and my child’s development and also what the children are being taught is so much better and I couldn’t be happier. This place is an utter joke as they don’t care for the children and the hygiene of this place is disgusting.
