Hot Plate Buffet
Most of the food is mediocre. The selection is not great. I would say it is more Indian than world buffet. I expected better but then I hadn't read the previous reviews. Most food was on the spicy side, so if you were looking for western food then this is definitely not the place to go!I'd rather go somewhere else.On another note parking seems hard with overfull parking and getting in to the front of the hotel is strangely not very straightforward and slightly dangerous!

One of the worst buffet I have been.I went for a dinner on weekday. The food quality was great but it's not worth of £20. There were no desserts at all except brownie and melon, and not many Cuisines available.The menu they show on the website is no where available at the restaurant.If you're looking for Indian menu from the website you will be disappointed.It's not worth of £20. Better go to royal nawabs for £26 where you get unlimited varieties

Hot Plate Buffet
Despite the name, the restaurant is far from hot plat the service below the standards, Soggy poppadoms and insipid chutneys. The main course of chicken was so overloaded with tomatoes that the chicken was difficult to find. The rice was not hot and the nan bread was served in a pot with a lid that made that just as soggy as the poppadoms. Unfortunately it has gone down hill and I won't be rushing back any time soon.

Definitely not worth £16 per head, would rather eat fast food than this. I would never go back.Food was all cold, rice was not cooked enough, choices were very poor for a buffet, and the food was not tasty.The tomato soup and naan were the only things that were okay.

Small buffet situated in the park grand Hotel. Parking is £2 per hour, the restaurant could be perhaps more clearly advertised as nearly went past it.In the restaurant we were greeted by staff who were attentive and somewhat amiable. The menu online is completely misleading as there was no where near as much variety as advertised but the layout and atmosphere was clean, well maintained and the food looked fresh. Was slightly disgusted by the way they advertised products such as pizza or Indian desserts on the BUFFET menu but was told its only on the a la carte menu! There is also a few options for vegetarians.I found this establishment mediocre and acceptable for a one off visit but would certainly not visit again. Although situated in a hotel, I found the price was still slightly too high and also witnessed staff possibly gossiping about me in their language while I was getting my food at one point which seemed un professional...Overall, I didn't feel the need to fulfil my satisfaction as the buffet and my experience was not pleasurable and fairly standard :/

Food bland and not like advertised, only had a very small selection of food, no puddings, no drinks offered, all in all a very disappointing menu, for what you charge you need to buck your ideas up, I wouldn’t recommend this to my worse enemy!

Would give it zero stars!! Truly Awful, horrible service. No manners, not one smile from the waitress and when asked for a new coke as this one was flat was told its straight from a can so asked for a new can was told they cant bring cans to the table asked why was told its just the rules!! Clearly hiding that its from a bottle.. or a already opened can! I stayed her for 3 weeks in total due to work (i didnt get to choose the hotel) the foods discusting 12 other colleagues stayed everyone had bad stomach next day!! Definatly wouldnt stay if i had a choice

the menu online was completely different to what is actually there. the food was sub par tasted like it was made from frozenwould not recommend to be honestnot worth the price we paid

It is a very average buffett restaurant. Didnt have many varieties for the premium price they are charging. Food was okay but not outstanding. People were polite and friendly. May be an option if you couldnt find alternate buffett lications.

Hot Plate Buffet
I had my children's birthday party here and had a wonderful experience. Excellent food and great ambience! Sameer, the manager there was a nice to deal with and deserves a special mention for helping out in every aspect in organizing our party.The available choices of Indian cuisine is abundant and tastes was beyond expectations.I would love to visit this place again for parties and lunch/ dinner.
