My wife and I recently purchased our first Toyota from Toyota Cambridge and I must say the experience was awesome.I must admit that I had better offers from other Toyoto dealership but because of the trust and patience from Niall we went ahead with the purchase.Niall did pressured us a little but I was giving him a hard time. Thank you for your patience and clarity on all of our questions. Strongly recommend Niall as your go to sales person when searching for a car.

We had a very easy and smooth experience buying our car, however immediately after leaving the lot with it have been dealing with the worst customer experience I have ever had. Funny how that works! We have been chasing down a refund for items that we never received for 3.5 months. We have now been ghosted by not one, but two members of staff. Have made countless phone calls and sent numerous emails, where we are told it will be sorted only for nothing to happen. Buy your car literally anywhere else if you can help it, as you will receive ZERO help or support from the dealership once you hand over payment.

ELDERLY PEOPLE BEWARE THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE!!! SERVICE AND AFTER SALES HORRENDOUS.The lady on service desk Milena Kordaszewska and the other staff need serious looking into.Sales sell you a car and you will always hear the same rubbish “it’s a great price we are hardly making anything”I have witnessed the sales staff just “Blagging” the elderly customers.The service pricing is ridiculously over priced.They “say” they wash and hoover your car. They don’t they send it back the same and also with parts missing.They literally do not care. I’m shocked at the attitude and management here. They lie constantly to customers.

I bought a brand new Toyota Yaris Cross from here and the whole process was fantastic start to finish. Niall, the salesman who test drove the car with me and sold me the car, was helpful and attentive. We got a great deal and he kept us informed of the progress. Better yet, the car arrived 6 weeks earlier than expected. Niall also reassured me that I could contact him should I have any questions about my new car. Great experience and love my car! Thank you

I would rate this service as a zero if possible. Despite spending over £1000 on their services, I was disappointed to find that they failed to stamp my service booklet. Additionally, when I returned a month later due to a noise issue in the area where they had made changes, they claimed not to hear anything after a day of waiting and showed no interest in investigating further.My dissatisfaction stems from the lack of direct communication with the mechanic. Instead, all interactions must go through Steven Eagell representatives who then send the car to an outsourced garage for servicing and MOT. I find this approach impersonal and inconvenient.Fortunately, I have since switched to a smaller garage where the service is not only more efficient but also more reliable.

Unfortunately on my way home yesterday late evening I got a puncture and had to be towed home. I called the Cambridge and attempted to speak with service to book in a purchase and fit a new tyre, the service receptionist was not helpful at all and was unwilling to help or go the extra mile which Toyota were famous for and prided themselves. I am disgusted in the quality of service I received from the service receptionist.It is quite obvious that Toyota do not value loyaltyA long term owner of Toyota and Steven Eagell, After 37 years of driving Toyota I will now find another manufacturer who can provide quality car and quality customer service.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, but Niall was one of the best salespeople I've ever had the pleasure to meet and work with. His attention, care, expertise and attitude were faultless, and made the whole experience stress-free and genuinely delightful. I'm incredibly grateful to him for all his help.
