We opted to use Alan Reed Limited to repair the wife’s car after a road traffic accident. From start to finish we were kept informed of the progress of repairs from recovery, estimating, right the way through to completion date. Excellent quality repair, done to the very highest of standards. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Alan Reed Limited again.

I could not have been more pleased with the friendly professional service I received from this business. Without exception everyone I spoke to was friendly, professional, helpful and well informed. Absolutely first class service. Repairs carried out to an extremely high standard and car returned spotlessly clean. Staff go over and above to ensure 100% satisfaction, nothing is to much trouble for them. Our family have used Reeds several times and the service has always been up to this very high standard. We would not use anyone else.

Would not waste your time trying these as can not sènd out a quote after 2 weeks that is after sending a reminder email if this their response to customers what sort of repair would it be disgusted by their no response

Would have given 0 stars if could. Last year via my insurance company, couple attempts to fix, had to call in other garages to help. Went in for front end damage, come out with electric faults to the rear, broken wiring looms, and endless issues mechanically. Only in for new front bumper, bonnet, new Intercooler. Pretty sure half did not get replaced looking at invoice. Well know it did not! Good job I have an understanding mechanic to help out all the time.

The second time someone forgot to put their handbrake on a rolled themselves into my truck! Not to worry though, from start to finish the service from Alan Reed was nothing short than first class. Hopefully I won't see them again, but history suggests I probably will !
