Be Fuelcards LTD

Like others, we have recently noticed that the cost of fuel with BE fuel cards is higher than the pump prices, despite being promised costs lower than the pumps. Across 4 vehicles, we predict this has cost us hundreds or more. Disgraceful.This is something that we have kept an eye on over a number of weeks before making contact. BE have refused to offer compensation but have promised to put the cost down. Regardless of this, their weekly price is STILL higher than the pump price!! - STAY CLEAR!

Hi, we have 2 accounts with BE fuel cards, predominantly use a bunker site in Hexham and have caught you ramping up the prices - well above and beyond the pump prices available as a normal customer. When alerted to this fact our account manager immediately dropped the prices to the pre-arranged 4 to 5 pence per litre less than pump prices - as was promised prior to opening the account.Your account manager 'promised' to look into the 'overcharging' and has done nothing except fob us off. If you chose to continue to ignore our requests - expect more social media interaction such as this and further action. In the interim I will investigate if there is any recourse through your governing body and will look to take our combined £10k fuel account elsewhere.

Awful company, I sent off my details to get a BP fuel card and then received an email asking for my a picture of my ID which I sent and haven't had a reply back for about 6 months and now they just trying charging me a direct debit of £1.20 for nothing, I know it isn't a lot but why are they charging me for something I never received or used.

Was asked for information to confirm identity, etc, which is fine. 24 hours later, I still hadn't sent the documents but my account had been approved. Don't quite get how that works without the details to do checks, so have stopped the account from opening (hopefully) as it just seems dishonest

Absolutely shocking customer service. I have been with this fuel card company for over 3 years and I noticed recently I was actually paying more than the public pump price at my local bp, what is the point in a fuel card if it’s going to cost more than it would if I just walked onto a forecourt with my debit card? Was promised a call back from the person who sets my prices and I have heard nothing. AVOID this scam

Be Fuel have charged my business for services that we haven't had. They aren't answering their phones and their system is down when you try and download invoices. A promised refund turned up as a credit note for less than the amount deducted. Do I go to the police or the DD guarantee scheme?

Useless, customer service is non existent, far better fuel companies out there that don't charge a monthly fee and the prices are actually cheaper than at the pump!

Got on really well with them, not sure why the other reviews are so bad?? I spoke to them on the phone and they are quick to answer and happy to help. Would recommend

BE AWARE, A VERY DODGY BUSINESSWe have been using this service provider for quite a number of years. Just happened to view the prices that we have been paying per litre and it turns out that we have been paying an extortionate amount compared to a typical pump price.When I brought this to their attention, I was informed this was due to the company being bought out by another, but things should have been addressed along time ago. I requested a compensation and the best they could come up with was to price it at approximately £1.01 for the previous week of fuel use. They were charging approximately £1.35 plus vat. Needless to say we instructed them to close our account and we will never use this business again. In the 5+ years that we have been with them, we don't know how much we have lost, together with their card charges. During the time we have been with them, we may received one communication from to check how things are going.

Been using this company for years, but just been charged £30 for a bounced direct debit, which I paid by card as soon as they phoned about it. Absolutely disgraceful. will be closing my account immediately
