Very professional service. Went in to ask if my nose pads could be replaced (1 fell off) and they replaced them, cleaned my glasses and tightened the screws for me. Would definitely go back the next time I change my glasses

The eye testing was quite hard for me this time! With my diabetes my eyesight has deteriorated a bit. Think it was Nicola who got me through it. She was patient with me & reassuring etc. I was getting a bit upset when cataract ops mentioned. She was caring & helpful.After my sight test I was passed onto another colleague who was friendly & helpful re new glasses etc.Thanks for making my visit ok much appreciated!

Excellent service all around from the moment that I made the booking to leaving the store after having my eyes checked.All the staff were very welcoming and personable. Nothing seemed an issue and I was able to make an appointment in a matter of days which was very helpful.I had been at another optician in the city, but having moved to a different neighbourhood I was looking for one that was closer by to where I live.I will certainly continue to use this opticians in the future
