Lovely bunch of ladies working here & a special thanks to the chefs working in such heat yet still presenting fabulous meals. We travelled from Scunthorpe and wanted a proper English cafe this was it. Full english was superb and price is reasonable. Thanks

Wasn't much food for the price you pay, waited 10 mins for my drink for the woman to spill it on the table so wait again for another, was sat watching the kitchen and the cooking staff did not wash hands, didn't have hair nets and kept touching there hair without wiping there hands before cooking again, had hair in my food, waitress said she would tell the staff about needing hair nets but never went into the kitchen. There was no offer of a partial refund or anythijg to make up for a meal no one can eat. not happy do not recommend!

We have just read the reviews fromKeira little and Karen little they came into the cafe on 17th October baring in mind they was already banned from the cafe 8 years ago they ate the food and they did the same trick they did 8 years ago (hair in the food) so I’ve just came back from delivery when I walked in to the situation immediately I recognised them as the women was in a wheel chair her daughter has obviously grown up since then the daughter was nice and never said anything but the older woman was extremely rude and talking down to the staff in a bad tone so immediately I offered the full refund and said to her this is the second time I’ve told you now do not come into my cafe again as you are a rude person so clearly she is a liar as she got the full money refunded I just want people to know that if anyone is to read reviews from these people it is all liesI am really disappointed in the young woman as she was really nice I can only assume her mother has told her to do so.Business owners watch out for these people!!!

Not great value for money, hot chocolate arrived after food, which was then spilt over my daughter, floor and table, table was wiped with same cloth used on floor. Food was average. Found hair in my food, not suprising when the kitchen staff scratching hair and body while cooking food, no one washed hands or sanitised them

Best place to go for a big breakfast. Plus they cook the bacon real nice. Portions are big. Id recommend this place over any other. Cant wait to go again. Lovely staff.

Popped in for Breakfast on the offchance. Given menus on arrival and chose table. Waitress took order and drinks arrived with food following about 10mins later. We ordered 2 large BEST breadcakes (bacon egg sausage tomato) fiver each . The largest breadcake ive ever seen packed with breakfast. Lovely . Sauces available on counter. Open plan kitchen so nowt to hide. Hygiene, cleanliness spot on . Definitely return.
