Unfortunately, I couldn't find what I wanted and not enough staff to ask for help. I am sure the owners recognise the value face to face customer service provides when competing with on-line retailers

Came into the store and was served and assisted by the lovely Alex and Martin. I’ve never had such a positive experience in a shop in my life - nothing was too much trouble for them. They were such friendly, helpful people and I couldn’t thank them enough for the advice they gave me.Thank you so much both! :-D

Bit over priced but they are great and friendly staff, known them for 10+ years and always helpful. They tell me when new stuff is coming in due to thwm knowing what i like.

Can't fault the presentation of various music formats including a vast array of vinyl which I was overjoyed at. Not a criticism of HMV,but generally I find vinyl has increased in price phenomenally. As a result I limited my purchase to one vinyl. Certainly I am shopping around for more competitive prices including used" vinyl."

Vast choice of music, a good choice of vinyl. Always good to see a music shop that stocks Talk Talk cd's.

Pleased to see HMV has gone back to its roots somewhat with actually selling music in many formats. Always happier shifting through rocks of music than buying online, although had to drop a star as sadly, still more expensive than online retailers.

Good shop, full of lots of good music and DVDs. Though there was a K-POP single and it cost like £20. So some things there as over priced. Overall, good shop
