I have a great experience with the service of Lux Airport Transfer they have a great service I’m happy from their service.Thank you!!!!

Appaling service! Called to ask for a price to the airport and gave me cost (£85) and then subsequent link that had the same price from pick up to drop off. This was paid and then 14 hours later they message to say price was incorrect and wanted me to pay another £20. Unbelievable and response was not to apologise and accept the fare but to tell me to pay more or accept a refund! Do not use this company.

Quotes from the Website are not accurate. I was quoted £15 for a local trip to HTR. When I called to check on the day of pick up they said I did not book" (where I had a confirmation in writing). The person on the phone asked for £40 and then rejected my calls when I tried to call back. This was at 5h30 on the 10th of Nov. Looking at my emails afterwards I could find the trip was cancelled 1 day before travel (without explanations). I also saw they tried to call me but I did not pick up admittedly.I have checked their website https://luxairporttransfers.co.uk/ today and see the same trip 'discounted' at £13.60. So they have not addressed the issue."

1 star is 1 too manyThis review will be replied to as an automated response like the other bad reviews.But here it isI booked a 8 passenger taxi with you in advance for a pick up last night at 11.30pm.I called twice during the day to confirm that we were still booked in as confirmed via email.I was told on the second call at around 11am that I Was and the person who answered the phone had all the information in front of him as he relayed it all back to me.The taxi did not arrive that evening!!!I called you to then be told you have no such booking and I have the wrong number.I certainly did not.We were stuck in the middle of no where struggling to get a taxi.In the end we got 2 taxis from another company after waiting 45 minutes in freezing temperatures. This cost £60 each taxi for less than 20 minutes journey..This company is not worth the risk.. Staff are rude, dishonest and not reliable.Avoid using
