If you lose your pet and want a service that won’t be beaten then this is the place to go. I wish I had known about it when my other dogs passed as I wouldn’t have had the stress of having to trace where they had been sent “by mistake” or that there was a good chance we didn’t get our pets ashes at all. With Assisi you can be sure, you get that personal service that leaves you with the warm feeling that your pet is being looked after and treated with respect. A wonderful service, thank you.

Thank goodness we found this wonderful place. We brought our precious girl along to Phil ourselves. We couldn't bear to leave her at the vet s over night. Phil made the unbearable bearable with his kindness and understanding. We felt that we left her with a family member who knew the agony we felt after 16 years with our 'daft deaf dog '. Our Mickey Blue Eyes. We now have key rings with her hair in and a little casket with her name on a brass plate on it. We collected them the following day. They were beautifully packed in a bag with a certificate and a yellow rose. Life will never be the same again but thank you for everything Phil. Bless you

My husband and I lost our beautiful little girl on 4th December 2020, she was nearly 16 years old a beautiful Norfolk Terrier named Tasha. My brother found Assisi and I rang them. I am so grateful he did. Phil the owner was absolutely amazing. He had so much empathy with us and was so caring with our little one. He made a very sad occasion much better and we will always be grateful to him. Helena and Mark are lovely people to deal with, they made a terrible thing a bit more bearable, I would definitely recommend them, it is a quality service they offer, in my opinion at a fair cost.

Very grateful to have found Assisi after sudden unexpected death of our 54k BFG.Phil was able to quickly collect her and the next day we were able to say a final farewell in a peaceful place of rest. It was a an additional comfort having assurance that her ashes were hers alone. Assisi’s personal service was excellent and, to us, worth the additional cost. Highly recommended

We were faced very suddenly with having to say goodbye to our beautiful border terrier after 13 years.We contacted Assisi and Phil was happy to explain the funeral options, memorials, keepsakes and process Assisi could provide for us. After speaking with Phil we didn’t want to use anywhere else.When the day came, Phil personally took care of our special girl and had her ashes ready for collection the same day.We now have her ashes, along with a couple of key rings containing clippings of her coat, a paw print on mounted card to go in a frame, an impression of her paw in clay and a certificate stating she was cremated privately and individually at Assisi.Cannot recommended Assisi Pet Funeral Services highly enough.Thank you once again Phil.

I recently lost my beautiful older cat and used Assisi to have her cremated. I cannot recommend them enough. They were so friendly and lovely. They treated perdie like she was their own pet and I couldn't be more grateful to them. When I got her back, they also gave me a beautiful rose for her memory. I will definitely use them again for any pets I might lose even if its years away. I dealt with Helena and she is so lovely. Thank you for everything ❤️

We had the added tragedy of our beloved Boston terrier Sybil tragically passing whilst on holiday. Phil was brilliant and went above & beyond to make this sad occasion as smooth as possible.The setting is tranquil and the service provided is tasteful and respectful to both owners and pet.As pet lovers we know this day will come, and we all dread the aftermath of losing our soul mate, in my experience the service provided made our coping that little bit easier. I would highly recommend if you, like me need that extra bit of help whilst you're grieving.

We lost our gorgeous boy, at 15 and a half he couldn't go onThis was made so much easier by Phil who made sure he was picked up from the vets as soon as we had left.Then picking him up the day after in such a lovely location was so reassuringMy husband had seen a vase on line and I had ordered 2 keyrings these were wonderfully presented and were ready waiting for us on arrival. Nothing was to much trouble at such a sad time this is what we needed. Thankyou Phil

When me and my partner lost our first pet we had no idea what to do she had moved into our first house with us she'd been through multiple important events with us. When looking for a place to help us with her passing we found Phil. He is the most caring and compassionate person I have met. He helped me through the process and reassured me she would be safe and made sure I made the right choices. Phil went the extra mile in helping with her cremation. When I got her back I knew I had made the right choice with Phil. All the different memorial items makes sure you find the right thing for you to remember your pet. I ended up with fur clipping key chains and paw prints and they are perfect. He cares about what he does whenever someone loses a pet he understands they are family and I will suggest him whenever someone loses a pet
