Absolutely shocking service, I’d advise anybody who wants to book this service to look elsewhere, the owner Bruce is a rude man, talking to woman with attitude. My office staff tried to book a tanker with him, Bruce was extremely rude the whole time to office staff and engineers. He proceeded to book the job in for the next day, only to allow my engineers to travel for more than 1 hour to wait on cite and he did not turn up, costing us a lost job, a lot of time wasting and money. Do not use this company.

These guys are first class. Have been using them since I moved into a house with a septic tank for the first time. Phoned today in urgent need of a septic tank empty and they were able to fit me it. Very knowledgeable driver who couldn't do enough to help unclog my system. Highly recommend.
