I can't recommend this business highly enough - South Wales Window Blind Centre Ltd provided a great service from start to finish. They have a big range of quality blinds and curtains and were very helpful, talking me through the different options. They measured up and fitted the blinds for me and I'm really happy with the result. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend a visit to them if you're looking for new blinds / curtains.

Very pleased very every aspect of this service. From the relaxed, non pushy salesman who originally called to measure and provide a quote, to the tradesman who installed all the blinds. Not the cheapest quote I recieved, but the quality and service justified my eventual decision. I would recommend this company. Thank you for a wonderful job.

Really pleased with my new blinds (rollers and bay Venetian). Good service from start and fitted safety catches on blinds at short notice. Highly recommended

7 blinds were fitted in June. Two weeks later, one fell down on top of me and damaged my wall. The gentleman fixed it temporarily and told me he would order a new one which would take 2-3 weeks. It’s now November going into December, another blind has fallen today. No news of the replacement blind and no one has called back regarding the other blind that has fallen today. I was told originally, the apprentice who started to fit them (who no longer works for the company), used the incorrect screws which are shorter than what he should have used. I am devastated. My first home has been ruined by blinds falling down and damaging my brand new walls. Since speaking with friends, they have also had major problems with this company.

After washing my blinds in a very cool wash and them falling to bits I frantically tried to get replacements this side of xmas knowing how slim of a chance that was, I have a extremely large living room window so all mine have had to be made to measure! I have 4 children 2 that are babies so wasn't ideal that I had to go all through Christmas with every tom,dick & harry looking on in! After ringing the lovely lady here she said she would have some made up and ready by Thursday I spoke to her at 2:00pm by 4 o'clock she was on the phone telling me that they are ready, I just have to say that there are not many people that would go out of their way like she did, thank you so much I wish you nothing but good luck...so nice of you to go above and beyond for me a total stranger! Will absolutely we recommending you to all and will be back to replace the tatty cheap blinds I currently have upstairs for the good quality ones I purchased today... I ordered venetian blinds, which were fitted 2 weeks after ordering. The gentleman who fitted them arrived ahead of time and worked quickly, cleanly, and professionally. He took all of the empty packaging away with him, including my old blinds and track. The new blinds look fantastic and have totally transformed the room. I can't praise this company highly enough and would have no hesitation in using them in the future when I come to decorate the rest of my house.

Excellent service from Gareth who came to measure, Kath on the phone and the fitter, who has fitted all the blinds with no mess or fuss. We have used South Wales Window Blinds for over 20 years. Cannot be faulted once again everyone is so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Would I recommend most definitely.

They fitted our blinds 17 years ago and they look as good now as when they were fitted. At the time they were the best value and I assume they still are. They are a local company who do much of the work in house. We needed to change one of our blinds. Instead of selling us a new blind they offered to adjust the existing blind. That’s what I call good service.
