The best place for your nails, friendly staff and their work is amazing

Warning extremely aggressive manager. Had a pedicure here which was okay. My card did not work upon payment multiple times so I offered to go and get cash out. The manager was demanding to know if I had PayPal to pay them. I said no as I don’t. He wanted me to leave my phone there whilst I went to bank machine. I offered him to walk with me and he instead stood in front of the door and refused to let me out of the shop. Another lady who was having her nails done and had finished also had problems with her card in the machine. The manager was so aggressive that I did end up calling the police. At this point myself and the lady both went to bank machine (his card reader wasn’t working) so not even my fault. But yes attempting to lock a lady in the shop physically blocking the door. Rather shocking behaviour. Pedicure was average. Performed by another staff member. But the managers behaviour alone is enough to not visit this place!

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON. **0 stars** You willbe wasting your time and money. Male staff memberextremely rude and says he was the manager. I had to tellhim my nails were very messy, nail polish uneven andlumpy and could still see my nail bed through the polishitself because they apply the thinnest of coats. Polish allover nails including the dried powder, cuticles notpushed back and cut away, first time I went the gel waslifting after a week too (each time I've been I've had tocomplain about how apauling my nails are - each time Ihave complained I've given them the chance to make itright the next time but no, I'm the fool for keep goingnot going back there again) - When I told him I wasn'thappy he said rudely what do you want me to do to thembecause I'm only human **ONLY HUMAN** Should NOTbe working in a nail salon if you can't do nails.. Extremelyrude man, others in the salon heard how rude he wastalking to me! They rush the nails and do not take theretime with them. Filed too much of my skin around nailsand is now sore and red. When I complained he then toldme to go to somewhere that can do a good/better job.Ridiculously priced too. When I phoned to complainabout how unhappy I was and demanded to speak to amanager he hung up on me.***DO NOT USE THIS SALON***

So disappointed with the outcome was very unhappy & told the man to take it all off and they ended up charging me £22! No shape to my nails cut them really short the the polish was all lumpy. It was my first time coming here & most definitely my last. Do not recommend.

Amazing customer service, very chatty & professional. Went above and beyond to create the nails I wanted (and better)! Would recommend

Asked for white tips and got what I asked for but nothing like what I asked for! Tip is too long making nail base look stumps and layers from infills can still be seen. 1st pic is what I got 2and is what I asked for.

The best place in ramsgate to get your nails done I always have gels and hand painted designs of my choice they are so friendly will never go any where else. Gxood prices too
