Polly is wonderful and was so friendly and helpful. She has a beautiful selection of dresses and I really appreciated her advice, her encouragement to try on as many dresses as I liked, and her calm and no-pressure attitude. Can’t speak highly enough of True Romantica, Polly and her mum are amazing. Polly really goes above and beyond to make everything as relaxed and easy as possible. I couldn’t decide on a dress, not only was I there for several hours, I changed my mind the next day. Polly couldn’t have been more accommodating. She was more than happy to switch dresses for me. Communication was great throughout. More than anything Polly and her mum are really down to earth and personable. The perfect characters to relieve any stresses you may have. Would definitely recommend.

What can I say about Polly and True Romantica - apart from the fact that she saved me from a wedding dress disaster! She should have been closed and specially opened the shop for me when it was the only day I could come up to Kenilworth from London due to work and train strikes. Polly was so kind, so caring - I wish I had originally gone dress shopping with her, the travel out of London would have been worth it and the dresses she stocks are gorgeous. Thank you Polly :) H x

Review when just ordered dress: My experience at True Romantica has been fantastic throughout. Polly is absolutely wonderful, she really knows her stuff, helps you feel at ease and there was no pressure on me to purchase. It took me a few visits to make up my mind on a dress but Polly was so patient and helpful every time. The shop is also lovely, it's great to have the whole place (and Polly) to yourself, which you don't get with other bridal stores. If I could give 6 stars I would!Update post-wedding: I went ahead and ordered my wedding dress and veil from True Romantica and am so glad that I did as I had such a positive experience every step of the way. Polly knows her stuff and is happy to provide advice and suggestions when asked. Jo, the seamstress Polly works with, is absolutely top class and went out of her way to make sure that my dress and fur shrug fit me perfectly, making many alterations such as replacing the straps, making new buttons etc. Jo also helped with my bridesmaid, mom and nan's alterations, so True Romantica was a convenient and excellent one stop shop! Polly also helped me order my custom veil and made sure that it was everything I envisioned. My dress was steamed and prepared to perfection when it was collected. I had an amazing experience with True Romantica and cannot recommend highly enough - Polly and Jo really are the dream team.
