From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm, setting the tone for a delightful experience.The staff at this Costa Coffee shop truly went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to assist me with any inquiries I had about the menu. Not only did they recommend their signature drinks, but they also accommodated my personal preferences, ensuring I got the perfect cup of coffee.One particular barista, named Bartosz- his attention to detail and dedication to making the perfect cup of coffee was truly commendable.The speed and efficiency of service were also worth noting. Despite the shop's bustling atmosphere, I never felt rushed, and my order was prepared promptly, ensuring I had a relaxing and enjoyable time during my visit.The ambiance of the coffee shop was equally impressive. The staff here are more friendly than the Serpentine Green branch. This branch is more quiet so if you want to sit in and avoid big crowds, this is the place to come.

Better than a lot of costas as had lots of plug points, more than the usual dire vegan options (normally they say out of stock, but here were magically plenty), and kind barista brought my coffee and food to my table. So not bad tbf

Milk was boiling over in the jug, I should have questioned it at the time, but this was way too hot, and didn't taste good at all. In addition even though I paid for a medium the cup was only half full. Been a costa fan forever, but would strongly NOT recommend this place. It's a drive through, although I went inside, and all three of the members of staff I saw had headsets on and we happily chatting away to themselves, I am guessing each other, as a customer at the drive through wouldn't have been chatting about the weekend! There was some muck (goodness knows what) on the lid when I got outside, so it would be sensible to keep a higher level of hygiene when handling lids as I was supposed to be drinking from it and couldn't. I bought a lemon tart that I had to throw away, the topping seemed all congealed and dull, the pastry was soft, which is definitely a no! Overall If I could have scored a minus I would have. spent £7 in total, and the coffee was half full and tasted bad and the cake was just rank! I am told the other cake I got (millionaires shortbread was good though).

This Costa seems considerably better than other local Costas.Car park is a bit on the small side but it’s free.

The place was closed and having some work done to the shop, bear in mind there were no signs or notices saying that the store was closed. The employees and workmen waited until I got to the front door before saying “oh we’re closed” won’t be visiting here again

Favourite coffe shop friendly customer service. Coffee and snacks great but I really think the cake counter should be enclosed in glass case too many flies on cakes I don't choose the cakes unless covered. Can recommend the sausage sandwiches tho.

When I first walked in, I thought I was waiting to see the Doctor. Its nice to see that Costa bought the left over School desks and chairs, so they didn't go to waste.
