Liv from Fitzgeralds really couldn't have been more patient - the amount of times she must have heard me say oh I'm not sure!" but she was so kind and helpful. A couple of hours later we finalised the design what has been in my mind for years. Then their talented jeweller turned it into reality....I cried when I saw it!Fitzgeralds are a total jewel in the Canterbury crown!Thank you so much for this precious ring that will be on my finger for the rest of my life.Best

Visited Fitzgerald to purchase a Tissot PRX, immediately I was made to feel welcome. Rosie was great, professional and friendly throughout and happy to answer the few query’s I had. Definitely recommend

My wife found a pretty dress ring when she was sorting through her Father's effects after his passing. Although the dress ring was not valuable, she took it to a couple of jewellers locally to see if they could replicate the ring. The minute she walked into the shop, they couldn't have been more attentive or professional. They replicated the ring in gold, platinum, and diamonds. She tried various stones and nothing was too much trouble. The CAD design before you proceed is very helpful. Not only did they replicate the ring it is a 100 times better and is now a family heirloom. It did take a while to make, but this is shown in the craftsman ship and attention to detail. Save the train fare, dont go to Hatton Gardens, these jewellers are just as good if not better

My wife and I have visited this jewellers several times in recent weeks and we have been most impressed with the level of customer service. All the staff Olivia, Sarah, Harriet, Abi and Luke have conducted themselves in a friendly and professional manner. Their knowledge of products have been second to none. We certainly will be using this jewellers again.

I took one of my watches for a battery change and they broke the winding pin off it plus the back couldn’t be fitted back on. They went to bag it up for me but I asked to speak to somebody else in charge and they apologised and sent the watch off to be fixed free of charge ! Two weeks later I had my watch back. It was sentimental to me as a gift so at first I wasent impressed with them at first trying to bag it up and give me it back broken but in the end everything was done and I collected my watch which at the moment is still working !

Best Ear Piercing Experience in Town!I popped into Fitzgerald Jewellers and bought an ear piercing voucher for my daughter. This great value voucher was beautifully gift-wrapped, bagged and presented and looked like a million dollars.The piercing itself was quick, professional and painless, and the 'holding studs' looked exquisite too.Many thanks. Fitzgeralds are an important part of our story and we couldn’t recommend them more highly for beautiful bespoke jewellery from a warm, friendly and personable team! Superb jewellers, would highly recommend. Beautiful shop space, really comfortable, clean and stylish, great view of the cathedral! Workshop also visible where they do repairs etc. Customer service is faultless. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel valued.

Couldn’t recommend this Jewellers enough! Very professional and personable from the moment you walk in, resized an engagement ring for my fiancé. She was over the moon with the result. Very quick turnaround and amazing craftsmanship. Also great that the workshop is onsite. Special thanks to Abi for helping us with the resize!
