Purchased a Peugeot 308 from this dealership today. Henry (my sales person) was excellent. It was the rest that were awful. The showroom manager made me feel awful for not trading in my car (I ended up selling it privately). I was made to feel like I was ripping the dealership off. I’d also been promised that bodywork would be sorted. Found lots of scratches on the boot and rear bumper. Apparently the body shop was meant to sort this, they didn’t. Henry was awesome but let down by colleagues.

Great service. Purchased a used car. I was not local to this dealership. I did have a warranty issue with the car that my local dealer were very poor at dealing with. However Matt the Sales Manager went far beyond expectations in chasing and dealing with customer services etc. He responded quickly and professionally to all correspondence and I felt supported by this dealership.

I had a late drop off by the AA and the service team were fantastic. One staff member was already staying later than he should have been and was very patient.The water pump was sorted on warranty and we had the vehicle back in no time at all. It was much faster than other garages could fix it.

I'm only giving them one start so I can write a review. Couldn't diagnose a cold changed me over a grand the car didn't make it 300 yards took it back. They told me it had the wrong battery on it but they don't keep them and sent me to Halfords

Ordered my motability 2008 with Henry (braintree) absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Kept me updated every step of the way. Totally professional. Took my disability into consideration and even offered my family and I a lift home after I ordered the car . I even suggested my mum buy a car from him and she did. 10 out of 10 all the way. I am not happy with dealer got 108 11 months ago started leaking water in boot told warrante did not cover it paid £8450 buy debit card and after and had mot dune and letht my light on and flat battery
