Well what can I say, Mark was kind and professional. My daughter walked away with perfectly pierced ears, after care Plan and a 4 week check up. If you want a piercing by a professional, with years of experience, this is the place to go.

I can’t fault the experience I had at marks and punctures today. I went in to have my ears re-pierced. The gentleman I saw quickly identified that my ears didn’t need re-piercing, just a little help with getting the studs in and he was able to easily fit some. This was all done free of charge instead of charging me for piercing again. He was gentle and it was done with no fuss but also making sure it didn’t cause me any discomfort. I will definitely return for any future piercings. 10 out of 10, I would highly recommend this business. Thank you

Another great experience from Michael at the studio on Saturday.So welcoming, friendly and makes you feel totally at ease.My daughters were thrilled with their piercings- as was I with my impulse one! He knows just the right placement, and is so quick and makes it painless.Can't recommend him and his team enough!You won't be disappointed ...I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Absolutely amazing shop with wonderful staff who have helped me out multiple times with a new piercing I got done somewhere else free of charge! Including replacing a lost ball and a complete bar change! Truly kind staff, could not recommend more :)

Got my nose pierced here but probably would have never done it anywhere else. I got my nose done a couple months ago and I can be difficult because I’m very afraid of pain- mark was very accommodating and managed to pierce my nose with no build up of fear and minimum pain. If I get a piercing it wi definitely be here !!!

Went to get my nose pierced and was told of an offer of 3 piercings for £60 so got my tragus and helix done too. He also put a bar back into my belly button for no charge. Amazing, friendly service. Very professional and clean. Will definitely recommend this place!!

The piercer was leaving as I came in but so kindly stayed back to do mine. Got my helix and rook done, such a comfortable experience, the piercer very clearly knew what he was doing and advised me on the piercings I wanted. Despite my needle phobia I felt barely any anxiety. Will be coming back for more!! Thank you so much :)

The piercer was really lovely and patient with both me and my friend. I got my nose and ear done and she also got an ear piercing would really recommend coming here. All staff were lovely and chatty and the shop as a whole was really clean and a nice atmosphere. Thanks so much
