Have ordered a couple of times. Lovely products, lovely team. One day an item arrived that was packaged too tightly, so had been damaged. I emailed at night, got a an apology within minutes, and the replacement item arrived within 36 hours of my email. I was also given helpful advice on how to make use of/fix the damaged item. Highly recommended.
