Outstanding service - snapped my rear hanger nearby, was fixed in 10 mins and able to ride home. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. A proper bike shop.

We walked into the new lovely bike shop in bishops stortford with no expectations and loved it. enthusiastic about the philosophy of the shop and about the people who work there. We had honestly communicated that we were on a bike tour at the moment and would therefore not buy a bike, but we were still welcomed with open arms and their shop concept was explained to us. If you are looking for a bike shop in Bishops Stortford that values customer care and humanity, you should buy your bike here. ...I rarely walked out of a bike shop where I thanked them for the great visit.
