Muscle Maintenance Massage

I have had 3 wonderful massages from Fiona at Muscle Maintenance, always leave feeling amazing and thankful for my body. Fiona has such a beautiful and calm energy and seems to know exactly where and what to focus on in each session. It’s an absolute treat for me to spend an hour and a half in her capable hands. Fiona has changed my life. I was desperate for relief when I came across her website and booked in on a whim. I had been experiencing intense, debilitating, pain for many years. Fiona investigates your problem areas gently and intuitively. After my first session, my pain decreased by about 90%. I have been seeing Fiona regularly since March and I’m now about 99.5% pain free and we’re working on other niggles I didn’t know I had. I’ve started working out again and I’ve even had a couple of short runs recently!Fiona’s massage room is cosy and inviting. Her room was warm and toasty with soothing music. I was so relaxed as she worked through some of the knots in my muscles. Fiona has incredible skills and clearly loves what she does. I can honestly say I had the best massage experience. Fiona has put a lot of care and thought into what provides a deeply relaxing, and therapeutic treatment and she really takes the time to listen to what you need.
