Excellent gold star service from all at Oyster Travel Norwich. We have booked all of our holidays over the past few years, through Oyster and recommended to our family and friends in Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and Scotland, who have all shared the same first class experience. We wouldn't book with anyone else.

Always use Oyster Travel. Nothing too much trouble. Had problems in Majorca booking our return seats/boarding passes and a quick email to Oyster and all sorted! The staff there also manage to put together packages that are not in the brochures

Great service from a knowledgeable team. We gave Rebecca a tough brief and with her colleagues pitched in with help and advice that had us flying to Gambia 24 hours later for a fabulous holiday that satisfied every one of our needs.

Excellent service, took plenty of time with us, even offered a tea or coffee while we were there. Staff very friendly, especially Kimm who was helping us. Been to Oyster travel before & have always found they service & friendliness excellent.
