I ordered two polo tops from the mens range at Yours Clothing for my hubby. I have shopped here many times before without issue. The goods never arrived after 8 days I contacted customer services. They asked for a reference but I never received an email confirming my order. After much proving I had bought the items(picture showing the bank transaction) I was told “ah the website timed out before the transaction was completed” I was told they would manually push the order through and I would get an email confirmation the same day. 5 days later and I am now being ignored in the messages I am sending to say still no email confirmation. I have phoned today 15 days after my order was placed and paid for. I have now got the confirmation and presumably my order will arrive sometime next week. I received a reluctant sorry but that was it. Poor customer services Yours!!! Very disappointed and if I hadn’t diligently followed this up you would have had my money and I would have had nothing.

I was visiting Blackpool for the weekend and was so excited they have a shop there as my nearest shop in Swindon closed sometime ago, being a larger lady I hate purchasing online as it never looks like I expect it to on me and I'm more an impulse buyer as in I will purchase something on the day of an event rather than planning in advance. So wish I had a store nearer me.

I suffer with severe body confidence issues and anxiety, and the ladies in store made me feel like a glamour model! They took their time with me and fully understood my issues and helped to find me a hole new outfit, the whole time smiling and making me feel so welcome.One of the ladies there (I'm so sorry I forgot the name), made me feel so good in my outfit that it made me cry. She gave me a hug and was just so wonderful.Not one second in there did I feel like they were just trying to push a sale and it was so wonderful to experience.Thank you so so much for being so amazing <3

I love the clothes, they're great, the Blackpool store not so great, head office design the layout and cram so much stuff in its hard to get around the store in a wheelchair. Last time a whole rail fell down as there was so much stuff on it...

Went holiday shopping. Staff were OK, but not as good as the Bradford store. Could do with more interaction from the Blackpool staff.

Went in a couple of weeks ago to return some shoes and try on an alternative size. I'd called ahead and the shop assistant popped a pair aside for me to try the next day. No problem!Unfortunately the shoes didn't fit, but the lovely Kerry was so helpful and recommended another five stores I could try in the vicinity to meet my finicky foot requirements. Really good customer service, and I wouldn't hesitate to return based on this!

In a good location within the houndshill shopping centre. The staff are friendly when you've managed to get their attention, they always seem to be busy moving stock around. The quality of knitted items is poor, very thin. Their hosiery section looked like everything had been returned and poorly repackaged. So many items are overpriced and not worth the money.

The ladies in the blackpool store are very helpful friendly. My wife wanted holiday wear, which isn't out yet. She hates going shopping as most of the time she will walk in have a quick look turn around and walk straight back out. It's not any fun.

This shop has a nice self clothing and night wear all for the slightly larger lady , I think they do mens wear as well
