Extremely rude sales staff . Equipment hired was outdated . Also I was left to load heavy equipment on vechile while there staff stood there . Never again will I hire equipment from speedy . 0 star

can't open an account online, so went to MK depot, couldn't open account there, they phoned head office , who couldn't help and didn't want to speak to mejust pay as you go account needed, given form to fill in manually to scan and send to head office email with copy of licence and a utility bill or bank account .what a jokespent 3 days trying to hire equipment from them, for a customer and running out of time..i will go elsewhere..too hard

Never used this place but I was very impressed with the speed of service, I wanted to hire an item within very short notice and this company found the item (another branch) and got it delivered to me within 24hours.Item hire is reasonably priced and to open up a payg account is very quick. For any hire item expect to pay a deposit but this is returned once hire item collected.All the staff at the depot are welcoming and are they have a lot of different equipment for hire for DIY or trade.I would highly recommend this place for all you hire needs and the Speedy app is very good if you want to use as a returning customer.Hire item delivered very clean and delivery/collection driver very good with pick up/drop off phone notifications

One of the few places we could borrow a whacker plate at short notice, and despite how busy they were, managed to source one and call me back - which a lot of other services didn't. Got it for a week the for the same amount most places were charging for a day, too. Their prices are hard to beat. I can't fault the staff, they've always been helpful and polite. Would absolutely recommend them.A heads up, Newport Branch has very limited parking.P.S. If Mr Speedy is reading - They could do with an updated computer system though... they're always having issues with theirs.

After ringing numourous times for a mace tile bumpa and being told they will get back to us, still failed to contact us putting our job behind by days and costing lots of money on labour due to it, will never use or recommend, inprofessional and bad customer service
