The Luxury Dog Hotel

Reached out to Simon earlier this week with a happy, friendly email requesting more information about himself and his services.To which, I did not receive so much as a ‘hi, thanks for your email’.. but just I’m full’.When I then replied thanking him for his friendly reply, I received an arrogant message telling me he doesn’t need my custom because he has ‘a 5 star license and 100’s of ‘desperate’ people wanting his services’.Being a business owner myself and dealing with inbound inquiries daily from potential clients, I’m astonished that someone with such status can’t even send a polite email back to potential customers and instead labelling them ‘desperate’.Extremely disappointed and shocked in the lack of professionalism.Advice- It takes 2 minutes to reply to customers, first impressions count.

Our dogs have stayed with their 'Uncle Simon' for a few years now. A wonderful host, professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring. I wouldn't trust their paws in anybody's else's hands. A home from home. We cant recommend this dog hotel high enough!
