Tettenhall Tailors is now under new management, the shop is beautiful, very chic and the workmanship is excellent. I took in a dress and coat one to be tailored and the other to be dry cleaned both were done to perfection. I’ve since taken in 3 pairs of jeans that were taken up and done to the original finish. Very happy customer. I’m hopefully getting married next year, (pandemic permitting) and will definitely use them for my bridal party.

Fantastic service! Needed a suit jacket altering for the same day, I went in at 9 30am to see if it was possible, they said yes they could do it for the end of the day. At 11.30am I received a phone call to say my jacket was done and ready for me to collect! 2 lovely ladies and an amazing service, thank you!

Had a manss suit tapered for an engagement. Excellent professional service. Trousers tapered to perfection, blazer arms shortened precisely and perfectly. Fantastic turnaround time.

Absolutely amazing service! Took in 3 wedding dresses to be taken in and the quality of the workmanship was beautiful! I was a very happy and confident bride a month ago! Would absolutely recommend!

The ladies here are wonderful! I needed a bridesmaids dress taken up and let out, which I felt very self conscious and embarrassed about, but they made me feel at ease and did an amazing job. I couldn't be more thankful! Couldn't recommend them enough, and I'll be back for sure! Thank you x

Excellent customer service. Took my husband's trousers in to be altered mid morning and had a call before 1pm to say they were done. Professional job at a very reasonable price. Nice to get some good old fashioned service

I took a Ralph Lauren Polo shirt in to be altered (shortened and taken in slightly) before heading off on holiday. I came to collect the top a week later (as agreed) only to be told it hadn't been done due to a large back-log of work, so agreed for a family member to collect the following Monday (today). When I got home and tried the top on, I found it looks ridiculous, and nothing like how it had been pinned. The chest and shoulders are fine, but the mid-section is far too tight (even for a slim chap like myself). The top and bottom of the top look to be completely out of sync with one another.I am bitterly disappointed, as I really liked this top, and it is now completely un-wearable - even though the actual quality of the stitching seems to be of a good quality. A pity also, because the owner of the business seems like a really nice chap and has done a great job in transforming the interior of the shop, but fundamentally the quality of the service are what matters, and this is nowhere near what I had expected.What a shame.

I took a top to be altered in August and I have given up today and brought it home not done. First of all they phoned to say it was ready and when I drove all of the way there I was told it wasn’t done. They apologised so I thought nothing if it. I phoned to see if it was ready 2 weeks later and they said it was. I got there to find it still hadn’t been done but they were trying to to charge me as it was on the completed rack. I tried it on to demonstrate that in fact it hadn’t been done at all and left with it very annoyed and disappointed. What a waste of time.
