Cairns Bar and Restaurant
I took my mum for a special birthday and Cairns/Eolas at Murrayshall has always felt like a real treat. Unfortunately this visit was very disappointing. I was asked to review on Tripadvisor, but I felt it unfair to review when I hadn't been happy, so I emailed them with the issues we had. Unfortunately, after 5 days, I have not even received so much as an acknowledgement to my email. My email was:Hi thereI have received your request to review the Cairns, but I don't feel this would be fair. I was actually really disappointed in our visit. We have been a few times and have always enjoyed it (we also had our wedding at Murrayshall, so it holds a special place for us). I didn't bring up our concerns on the day as it was a treat for my mum's birthday and didn't want to spoil it even more.The issues we experienced were:the peas on 2 plates were solid and inediblemy scampi was not hotThe garlic bread didn't seem to be fully cookedIt took a long while for our plates to be clearedone of the male waiters unfortunately had BO
