**DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!** Despite having a range of suit material and outfits the quality is lacking for the price. Its certainly gone down hill from when I last visited a few years ago. Although the staff were nice and helpful, the lady at the counter is rude and doesn't have an once of customer service skills. Doesn't know how to speak to customers. Her attitude and mannerisms were absolutely disgusting. I advise you go somewhere that respects and appreciates your business!! Travelled from Leicester to Birmingham to be treated and spoke to in the manner the lady at the counter did. Absolutely vile behaviour for the face of the company! DO NOT BOTHER!

Treated my fiancée with atrocious service saying 'close the door on your way out'. As a business owner myself, I find it shocking that this person runs a business that is still operating. Customer service is key, whether you like your customers or not you must treat them with respect or you will get reviews like this.

I went in but didn't buy anything. The staff were all very busy doing housekeeping duties, putting stock out, and they didn't have time to serve anyone.

Well I purchased a readymade suit costing £150 , we tried the suit which was perfect to size and lady gave it us from the shelf saying it’s same size. After three weeks opened the suit packet to stitch the sleeves as it was sleeveless ,the. I tried my suit again but suit was completely wrong size it was huge. And took back to the shop to request exchange to correct size but one of the owners ( female) she refused and had unacceptable behaviour rudely spoke and said to us you are wrong as shop can’t give you wrong size ( bare in mind the trousers was 44size and top was 46 ) but lady was still refusing to deal with me . And I only wanted was correct size but in end I was so angry I left suit in shop and left. She didn’t even apologised . I would never ever recommend anyone going there .

I bought two readymade suits, absolutely ripped off in terms of price. I saw one of the exact same suits in a different shop for £40 less (dupatta was slightly different but it was better quality at the other place-Leicester). The lady at the front mentioned no refunds when we were leaving and no receipts were given as proof of purchase.I’m not sure how many times the Indian suits have been tried on- no steam hygiene process followed, you can tell a lot of them are missing threads/sequins. I can tell you now these are not the kind of suit materials that will last you for a long time in your wardrobe. They’re a one time wear - material is poor. Look elsewhere.On top of that I think the lady taking payment at the front was quite rude. The sales assistant who helped me try the suits on was nice. She approached me to ask if I needed help. The others were just having random conversations with each other.Overall, I would not return to this store. I needed outfits desperately for the weekend, so had no choice.

Wide selection of Indian outfits. Prices are okay. Staff very friendly. No pushy sales. Most of the latest trends are available here if you cannot get to London. They also have a warehouse which is worth a visit if you are after specific colours and materials. Not much parking at the warehouse though. Turban material is also available here. In fact pretty much any material you need. Really good place. Easy to end up spending hundreds in a visit.
