Shopping here is a wonderful experience from start to finish:Starting with the luxurious feel of entering the townhouse itself, the staff are always welcoming and will give you the most personalised attention.The team is incredibly knowledgeable, super friendly and attentive.Very few places offer such good service, even if they don’t have something in stock they’ll attempt to order it in and will do anything to make sure you’re happy. They do great customer events as well to showcase new collections.I love shopping there!

Great customer service . I thought to share what a great experience I had at Marina Rinaldi. Diletta, was very welcoming and genuinely brilliant and very patient , the sales assistants were showing me everything I wanted with no rush. Diletta took it further by calling a tailor to alter a dress. She called the tailor that came by quickly and they did an absolutely perfect job. I am so grateful to the store manager Diletta and the tailor that altered the dress and it looks perfect for my body shape. I hugely recommend them to anyone.

Members of the staff fantastically nice and made me feel very welcome and comfortable and gave me great advice about fashion.The store manager is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I have received 5+ star service. I highly recommend Marina Rinaldi especially for a lovely feel good dress.

The staff are elegant, beautiful and always go out the extra mile for every customer.I had the pleasure to be invited to their recent fashion show. I love their collections, the colours and style.
