Great variety of books and if you can't find what you're looking for staff will check publishing date and order copy. Plenty of room to manoeuvre pushchairs or wheelchairs. Very helpful and pleasant staff.

Good range of books but slightly limited on the range of classics. Excellent childrens section and I purchased two books as gifts for my granddaughters. Plenty of space to browse and service was efficient with pleasant staff.

Love a good book shop. I like that I can order a book and they notify me when it's in. The staff are well informed and full of little titbits of information and usually very nice and friendly too.

In 20 years or less, book shops will be gone in favour of electronic purchases. There's nothing like the smell of a new book or a treasured one you've enjoyed for years or the flick through the pages to your favourite part. Waterstones has classics and new editions, children's, and games, diaries, notebooks etc and the staff are great. Polite, friendly and helpful. The store is clean and clutter free. Help keep these stores alive by visiting them to transform your mind into other realities for a little while, curled up with a mug of whatever beverage takes your fancy or with your cat/ dog and leave the world behind for a little while....

Went in looking for a specific book that our daughter was asking for as a Christmas present. Had a look to try & find it myself but ended up asking the staff and they took me straight to it. I don't know how they remember where every book is but well done her! Good price & good service. Well laid out shop with lots of little gift ideas for birthdays or christmas not just books
